Investigate MSIX packaging for Windows

Description

It should be possible to auto update Windows machines (see ​https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/msix/app-installer/auto-update-and-repair--overview ). It looks like we "just" need to generate msix installers and have them at stable locations.
