automatically tag a changeset revert

It would be nice if changeset reverts would add changeset tags to the reverting changeset about the changeset that they revert, e.g. changeset id, something like revert=yes and maybe a distinction between full revert and revert with modifications

Action

to The owner will be changed from Upliner to the specified user.
Next status will be 'needinfo'. The owner will be changed from Upliner to dieterdreist.
as duplicate The resolution will be set to duplicate. Next status will be 'closed'. The specified ticket will be cross-referenced with this ticket.
The owner will be changed from Upliner to anonymous. Next status will be 'assigned'.
