snap to markers

Description

Please use point-snap in add-mode to snap to markers as well (like for existing nodes). This would be extremly convenient for adding POIS.

Replying to xeen:
with "markers" I intended waypoints from the gps. In Josm they are put in a separate layer with a red pin and a label "markers from foo.gpx".
