Description

Not too long ago a proposal based on a draft by me was approved, leading to the creation of this tag: ​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:man_made%3Dcharge_point
It'd be nice if this was recognized by JOSM. Currently there are only 55 uses, but this expected to increase rapidly, since the proposal has only just been approved.
The only fields that would go along with this tag would be ref=* and those to enter details on the sockets the charge points have.
Unfortunately, I do not have a suggestion for an icon, but I would recommend something similar to that for amenity=charging_station.

As current number of use is quite low, it probably better suites in Presets/NewTags at the moment.

Action

as duplicate The resolution will be set to duplicate. Next status will be 'closed'. The specified ticket will be cross-referenced with this ticket.
The owner will be changed from team to anonymous. Next status will be 'assigned'.

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
