How to reload(update) the active map quickly?

Because I often need to reload(update) the active map, I always clear the tile cache by clicking the “Flush tile cache”. But, it isn’t convenient with using the mouse. I hope to press the hotkey like the browser’s F5 or Ctrl+F5 to show the newest map. Could you help me? Thanks.
