title changed in MAPCSS, JOSM doesn't reload the title

Description

When I added the mapcss file, it had the title "OpenRailwayMap - Signal - 01/25/2023 13:58:07 - Version 0.1".

Now it has the title "OpenRailwayMap - Signal - 02/14/2023 13:58:33 - version 0.2".

JOSM notices a changed file, but does not change the title. Not even when restarting. 

meta {
   title: "OpenRailwayMap - Signal - 14.02.2023 13:58:33 - Version 0.2";
   ...
}

By the way:

node["railway:signal:crossing_distant" *= "DE-ESO:bü2"]

The "ü" (German "u" umlaut) cannot be queried / causes problems in the above expression, i.e.: it does not work.
