Description
Hi. I'm trying to create an account but when I try to register the page the checks to see if I am a human shows test pictures that are completely blurry. I must have failed that test because it accused me of being spam. I tried to do the procedure over again but the system automatically identifies my email as spam. How can I create/register an account. I'm trying to do volunteer OSM work.

Replying to skyper:
By the way, user mtom seems to be a spammer.
Deleted ticket:123#comment:2 and ticket:123#comment:3 and deleted the 3 entries in the spam monitoring list as spam.

For both of the people in this ticket:
- I don't find any entries for attempted registration with your IP and/or e-mail addresses. This either means you did register with different data or your spam score was above 90% for the bayes filter alone, which is VERY spammy!
- To contribute to OSM a registration for JOSM webpage is of no use at all. You first should understand what you actually want, see #Thissite
- If you properly fill-out login form including all fields, then registration usually succeeds.
For future reference - I get thousands of failed registration attempts a month. When yours fail report them as exact as possible (including exact time) or I simply can't check them. Add ALL the information you used for registration, parts which are sensitive (like mail address) probably in a redacted form.
If you still need an account and still have problems registering after filling the form completely reopen the ticket with the requested information.
Very much, not blurred here, but not able to get past the CAPTCHA check. The preferences save name/email does not persist either, gone when returning.
