Add type=site to preset Wind Power Plant

Description

Background:

When selecting preset

Man Made / Power / Power Plant / Wind Power Plant

The tag type=site is NOT automatically added (along with the others, plant:methond=wind_turbine, plant:source=wind, and power=plant).

This will the validator (at upload) complain about:

"relation without type"

Statistics:

There are only 42 relations of this sort in the world which do NOT have the type=site tag:

While there are 6981 relations of this sort in the world which DO have the tag type=site:

Suggestion:

Add the tag type=site to the other tags that are automatically added when selecting preset Man Made / Power / Power Plant / Wind Power Plant
