Description

Hardly any application has this functionality available so it just adds unnecessary complexity IMO.

We can just tell the user like firefox does that the application needs to be restarted.

I use restart a lot if I want a fresh session to edit a new part for instance. Can indeed also be done by closing and starting, but why drop it? I find it useful

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
