Need upside down base layer map

Description

Hi, I'm new here and not sure who sees this but I bet someone can facilitate.
For map-based project, I need to rotate the map 180 degrees. Ideally all labeling does NOT rotate, so can still be read on screen. This is sometimes known as a "South up map". Happy to explain more. The platform is Omeka S using their map plugin.
Can anyone help?

ps marked 'major' because it's preventing me launching this project. Also am sure others will use this.

Closed as duplicate of #1981.
JOSM does not currently support rotating the map view. The best we currently do is rotating based off of the projection. See wiki:Help/Preferences/Map for more information.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
