Control + A no longer works

hello everyone,
I used to use the control + a shortcut but it's in the German version of Openstreetmap. I don't see it working anymore. 9 times out of 10 the program ends up crashing :( Is there an update I could add or a patch?

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
