Visibility is private, public, trackable, identifiable

it would be a nice functionality to also have this information in JOSM in the "Download Track" window

Again I don't know the actual plugins of JOSM - over the years I got so used to my setup that I have no idea over time what I enabled or not and what's responsible for doing what, so feel free to change the "Component" to the proper plugin - if this isn't part of the core JOSM
