Since I've updated to 18427 - latest as of April 15 2022 - I get a lot of errors with time-out as reason (trying it a few times helps)

SOLUTION: use VPN

Just adding this here - for the record in case someone else stumbles upon this issue as well.

Yes it's reproducible with latest version.

But it's not a problem anymore. I have this using PLDT Fiber internet in the Philippines - Baguio city.

Using Maxis in Malaysia this problem doesn't occur.

So I figured - try VPN - and indeed using VPN to a server in Singapore this issue can be bypassed.

Seems something related to PLDT Philippines Baguio City - as others throughout the Philippines don't report any such issue I guess.

But not need to waste time on it - VPN works quite well to bypass the issue
