[Patch] Duplicate dock icon in GNOME

Description

In GNOME (and presumably other desktops) when JOSM is favourited and running you get 2 different icons. One is for "org.openstreetmap.josm.desktop" and the other "org-openstreetmap-josm-gui-MainApplication", you can link the 2 with StartupWMClass.

ticket:18013 seems to have spotted this, but r15283 didn't quite fix it.

fix #21957, see #18013: Fix StartupWMClass for linux (patch by CjMalone)

StartupWMClass was missing the -gui part of the package for MainApplication.
