What steps will reproduce the problem?
- press the upload button
What is the expected result?
upload is done and the control is back to the app.
What happens instead?
the app seems not to be clickable anymore
only esc key helps

This looks like connection problems, please, check you internet connection. Does the problem persist?
Additionally, your file looks suspicious. Some buildings are twisted and especially the low left with house number 8 is really strange. Did you play with projection?

Probably has nothing to do with your upload problem, but please, update java to at least the current stable version of java 8. Thanks.

Something is strange with the file fr4.osm. Some nodes are not at the same position as in OSM, but they are also not modified. See way 328396719.

I found a way ... press y and enter and the upload works.
But there is no window requesting this to press.

is the default shortcut for the internal Image Viewer. Though this dialog should not block

There is more, simply update data and you find a lot of objects on different locations by with the identical version.
