Add building types: sports_centre, sports_hall, riding_hall

[Hufkratzer]

Add the following missing building types in the selection list of the default presets:

• sports_centre (​taginfo)
• sports_hall (​taginfo)
• riding_hall (​taginfo)

What is the expected result?

1. The building types will always be available in the list
2. There will no longer be irritating warnings "Presets do not contain property value ..." for these values.
