Error message when deleting a layer

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. click on the bin button to delete a layer in the layer box

What is the expected result?

The layer is deleted

What happens instead?

The layer is deleted but an error message appears

You need to use a proper file encoding.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
