Yep. I know about, but I haven't been able to debug -- it doesn't happen in my development environment, which makes it a PITA to debug.

My best guess is that something is preventing disk reads or it is trying to read from the wrong location. I was able to repro once in a docker container, but I haven't been able to find a "good" way to debug inside a docker container.

There are some new problems in there (again, doesn't appear in Mapillary's CI, but should be more reproducible).
