Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- the error occurs if JOSM has just been opened. (empty, cover page)
- Sending a link by Osmose
- Systematically, 2 error messages appear.
What is the expected result?
traduction by Googol
What happens instead?
If JOSM activated (1 request, open layer), no default
default absent, if return to cover page after opening layer.
Systematic fault if JOSM closes and link is sent by Osmosis on the JOSM cover page (first use)
Apparently, there is no fault after removing the error message.
same with another OSMOSE link (http://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/en/josm_proxy?load_object?objects=w247574169)
display error message on JOSM opening by Osmosis link, not the problem if opening by OSM

Cannot reproduce on Debian with the latest .deb. Is this a WebStart problem or maybe webbrowser related?
#15744 looks very similar.

java.security.AccessControlException: access denied ("java.util.PropertyPermission" "os.name" "read")
This indicates webstart. AFAIK, nothing else that users start JOSM with would install a SecurityManager. Which is apparently going away someday in Java. See https://openjdk.java.net/jeps/411.
I was not able to reproduce with WebStart on Mac. I do not have a Windows machine to see if it is OS dependent.
@bernard.osm: Can you try redownloading the josm.jnlp file, and see if it is still reproducible?
