[Patch] Don't suggest ignored tags in autocompletion

Description

The 'Add tag' dialog allows users to ignore certain tags from showing up in the recent tags list. This enhancement also prevents these ignored tags from being suggested by the autocompletion.

I'm not sure that's really a good idea. It gets an inconsistent interface. The autocomplete list is also a kind of indicator of usage. If we strip some keys from it which ARE in the dataset that may get strange behaviour.
