[Patch] Opening GPS traces in browser does not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Download raw GPS data for an area
2. Open the 'Choose track visibility and colors' dialog
3. Double-click an entry that has an URL in the last column

What is the expected result?

The browser opens with that trace.

What happens instead?

Nothing.
