Jenkins Blue Ocean not loading in

Description
I looked at JOSM Jenkins instance and noticed the Blue Ocean is available, but when clicked on any Blue Ocean link, it loaded endlessly (indicated by a progress bar on the top of the browser window). It also logged a few error messages in the browser console.
Is it supposed to work or somehow got there unconfigured?

Not used. I uninstalled the Blue Ocean plugins.
