[Patch] Warn about multiple access values with *:lanes and/or :forward/backward
This is a followup of #19419.
Access tags per direction are not yet checked: *(:both_ways)?:[backward|forward]
und *:both_ways
as all *:lanes*
see my comment 11 on #19419.

bus:both_ways:backward=no;designated
access:lanes=no|yes;no|yes
access:lanes:both_ways:forward=agricultural;forestry;no|yes
I would go with a general warning as mentioning the exact keys would need many lines of code.
