JOSM doesn't remember editing position if we use "Download in Current View" tool instead "Download data"

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Use JOSM with data download by "Download in Current View" tool
2. Close JOSM. Restart JOSM
3. JOSM opens with current view positioned at last "Download data" tool using, not at last JOSM using position.

What is the expected result?

JOSM must remember current view position even if I use only "Download in Current View" tool.

What happens instead?

JOSM every time starts at position where I used "Download data" last time.
