  1. run app
  2. File->Open
  3. Double click on directory

What is the expected result?

Contents of the selected directory

What happens instead?

There are Russian characters in the names in the contents of the selected directory

You need to set proper system properties.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
