"Edit Opening Hours" changes hours when dragging to create time.

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Data>Edit Opening Hours
  2. Click and drag boxes one day at a time to make the following: Mo,We-Th,Su 11:00-23:00; Tu,Fr-Sa 11:00-24:00

What is the expected result?

Mo,We-Th,Su 11:00-23:00; Tu,Fr-Sa 11:00-24:00

What happens instead?

Mo-Su 11:00-23:00; Tu-Sa 11:00-24:00 = which is too long for We-Th. Clicking okay then reopening to edit shows visual boxes don't match what was created by dragging while they are correct if value is manually set.
