information=board --> ask board:title instead of name

Description

This is an idea for the preset dialog for information=board

I think it would be better to ask for board:title instead of name as boards usually have no name.

IDK. There are 196000 "information=board". 120000 of them (61%) have a "name" while only 2700 (1%) have a "board:title".

Action

as The resolution will be set. Next status will be 'closed'.
to The owner will be changed from team to the specified user.
Next status will be 'needinfo'. The owner will be changed from team to Nielkrokodil.
as duplicate The resolution will be set to duplicate. Next status will be 'closed'. The specified ticket will be cross-referenced with this ticket.
The owner will be changed from team to anonymous. Next status will be 'assigned'.
