validator doesn't accept healthcare:speciality=urology

The validator creates a warning when setting healthcare:speciality=urology as listed on ​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:healthcare.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Load some urology POI with healthcare:speciality=urology like ​https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/3900633381 into JOSM
2. Select node in JOSM
3. Click on validator button

What is the expected result?

No error

What happens instead?

Warning: Unknown property value - Value 'urology' for key 'healthcare:speciality' is unknown, maybe 'biology' is meant?
