Missing small button to invoke list of recent relations

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Select a relation in the window with relations and click Edit button below
2. In the edit window press Cancel

What is the expected result?

Just right to the Edit button there should be a small button with an arrow to select recent invoked relations.

What happens instead?

The small button never appears.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

No problem in version 17084.
