Mapillary plugin: image author not shown [not all sequences are properly downloaded]

Sometimes the Mapillary image date is shown, but the author is not - see the attached screenshot.

Possibly useful bit - when this happens, some images show author, some do not.
The images that show author also have the sequence lines drawn (and back/fwd buttons work).
The images that are missing the author info don't have the sequence lines drawn, one cannot navigate in the sequence.

That was the information I needed. From what I can tell, if the first page of "results" from the Mapillary API fails to load, then bad things happen. It is almost always the first page that fails to load, and that is the most important page of all.

I've hopefully fixed this in ​v1.5.35. This reverts to the previous behavior of just stopping when something happens, but also means that parallel downloads aren't a thing anymore.
