Possibility to turn the imagery and the data to edit in other "not North" direction

Description

As I am from a city like Barcelona ,near the coast, sometimes I recognize and I feel comfortable with other positions than north , parallel to the sea. In my case the city looks turned to the NE instead of N, so when I edit in some quarters like Eixample quarter I have to do it in Diagonal.

Could it be some possibility ,as Openlayers does, to rotate not only the imagery but also the downloaded data to edit always from the North to the South of my screen?
