Hello,
you've seen that I changed your ms@latin into ms. That's the code which is used on Launchpad for this language as latin is standard. If ever the translation should use another script then this needs to be added, but not the default latin.
A second thing: You translated the dates into another date system. I marked these entries as disabled for now. I assume that this is another calendar used in Malaysia. While the idea is meant well I fear that the concept of translating dates will not work. Whole OSM database relies on this date system, so while translation of the date display is possible, conversion of the dates itself will bring a lot of trouble which is in no way worth it.
Note that all this translation stuff will only have an effect when josm actually supports this language. See wiki:Translations for minimum requirements to that.

The dates on StartupPageSource must be gregorian calendar because the additions each month are semi automatic.
