Date/time in gpx filter dialog has a strange tooltip

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open wiki:/Help/Action/ChooseTrackVisibility in JOSM
2. Hover date

What is the expected result?

same text in tooltip as in cell

What happens instead?

[Ljava.util.Date;@...
