[WIP] Extend aeroway presets

Description

Added the following fields to aeroway presets:

  • runway (​wiki)
    • length
    • width
    • ele with predefined values from wiki
  • taxiway (​wiki)
    • width
    • surface
  • apron (​wiki)
    • name
    • ref
    • surface
  • helipad (​wiki)
    • name
    • ele
    • surface

+minor XML schema fixes.

Please review and check the fields order.

Is it possible, to have a validator warning for straightening runways like nearly orthogonalised buildings have?

Whats the source of standardized taxiway widths?

The source is ICAO Annex 14 Volume I - Aerodrome Design and Operations, Eighth edition (July 2018), section 3.9.4 (page 73).

The values are recommended minimum widths, as in case of runways. Here you can find those values as well.
