Description
Add a new preset with keys from osmwiki:Key%3Awikipedia#Secondary_Wikipedia_links
Any concerns in general? If not which should be in the list?
@mkoniecz: Why is brand:wikipedia "good" (#18042) but operator:wikipedia "bad" (#18472)?

Adding wikipedia/wikidata for generic information should not be encouraged. Imagine e.g. thousands of supermarkets linking to the brand. Makes no sense and wastes space. There may be use cases, but it should not be presented in the presets.

I think thats exactly the goal of these tags. E.g. Edeka or Rewe startet to give their markets fancy names (e.g. Edeka Niebisch or Rewe Iris Schmidt). One could argue if thats the name (or only Edeka or Rewe, or even EDEKA or REWE). But if it is tagged as "Edeka Niebisch" and similar and you search for just any Edeka e.g. because you want that special one product from the advertising which is already sold out in your favorite Edeka then a brand:wikipedia=de:Edeka could come handy.

But you'll have brand=Edeka and additional whatever wikipedia tag. And then the wikipedia is wasted space. The brand alone should be enough except in rare cases where the brand is so special, that more reference is needed.
OSM is not a database to store all the information of the world. If the information is easily retrievable based on the tagged information it should not be in OSM, especially not in thousands of replications.
P.S. Regarding the fancy names: As Rewe and Edeka are franchises I assume these names are the real operators.

Right, I forgot that.
I assume these names are the real operators.
I think so, else you wouldn't name a Edeka "Niedergesäß" ;)

I consider both as tags not worth promoting and we would be better without them, but brand:wikipedia is better than incorrect wikipedia.
In practice people really want to link wikipedia article/wikidata entry of brand operating object and brand: uselessness is better than incorrect wikipedia and wikidata tags

I would go one step further and have a preset for wikipedia/-data and use preset_links to it. E.g. no
wikipedia=*
in any preset but a link to the wikipedia preset includingwikipedia=*
and the rest.If
brand:wikipedia=*
than alsooperator:wikipedia=*
.
