Seems your file contains inconsistent data. You can try to open the file (it is a zip archive) in a text editor and remove the missing reference. If that hint doesn't help attach the file here.

I've added three missing nodes:

    <node id='-106555' action='modify' visible='true' lat='20.5' lon='86.5' />
    <node id='-106699' action='modify' visible='true' lat='20.5' lon='86.5' />
    <node id='-106710' action='modify' visible='true' lat='20.5' lon='86.5' />

No idea about the correct position. Hope it helps.

Your data file was corrupt. Please use the fixed file from GerdP Broad Meadows.joz​.
Please reopen this ticket if you know a way how to create the corrupt data in the first place.

Something that might be related:
For all the missing nodes I found positive ids beginning with '34' instead of '-'. Just a coincidence or maybe a hint for what went wrong?
