Lots of identical info messages for gpx track without timestamps

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Load a (large) gpx track without timestamps
2. See thousands of lines with similar information

   2020-07-25 11:10:29.326 INFO: Waypoint time value unset
   2020-07-25 11:10:29.326 INFO: Waypoint time value unset
   2020-07-25 11:10:29.326 INFO: Waypoint time value unset
   ...
   

What is the expected result?

Either no information or at most one.

What happens instead?

One message for each way point (but nothing else like number of waypoint or position)
