Don't complain about highway ending near other highway for railway platforms

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Validate the area near Nijmegen Heyendaal (railway station; attached)
2. "End node of highway near other highway"

What is the expected result?

The end node (id: 7160763487) of the highway involved is connected to the railway platform -> no warning should be shown

What happens instead?

Warning is shown

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

If I understand the code correctly, the exclusion for railway=platform seems to have been lost in https://josm.openstreetmap.de/changeset/15344/josm
Probably this was not intentional (given the revision description)
