Description
Inspired by https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=69711
for reference:
nodes and ways beginning with a number in saxony: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/W5J
This produces nearly only false positives. The true positives are nearly all pure numbers. So here is pure numbers: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/W5K
Most numerical names should be ref or addr:housenumber instead. There are still some false positives, so I guess it should still be better in severity 'other'.

I get warnings for
historic=milestone
milestone_type=kilometer_stone
name=19,9
Not sure if this is correct tagging? Wiki says that name should be used:

I think this is outdated tagging or tagging for the renderer. For numeric values use ref
or *distance
but not name.
