Crash when cancelling downloading plugins

Downloaded the latest version of josm 1195 from a very old version (June 2008). There were some issues with existing plugins. Went to preferences (F12) and updated the list. Chose a selection:

• AgPifoJ

• measurement

• validator

• wmsplugin

• ywms

• slippymaps (2 of them)

JOSM asked if I wanted to download only three (ywms and slippymaps).

Why only 3 to download and not all? JOSM said that it couldn't load some of the plugins since I upgraded (upgrading was downloading the latest JOSM and just running the JAR file, nothing else in the filesystem was touched). Clicking on the individual plugins, such as "measurement" showed an error that the plugin couldn't be accessed.

Clicked Cancel because I wanted to download all of them and an exception occurred.

You have problem #1916 as well. Follow the description there. First disable plugins. Then restart. Then enable again and delete old one.

ywms does no longer exist.

Maybe deleting all the jar files in plugin directory using another software helps too.
