Casa is considered as a description. Fine in Spanish speaking countries but in France it's a brand.

  • fix #19395 - Don't warn about name=Casa (french brand name)
  • add name as alternative autocomplete key for alt_name in traffic_sign=city_limit preset

Is it not possible to exclude France but have all Spanish speaking countries profit from the test? Or the other way around only warn in Spanish speaking countries?

Yes warning for English speaking countries only would be the best.
