Portcullis misspelled as porticullis

Description

The word portcullis was misspelled as porticullis on the wiki (I have changed that), and the misspelling has wormed its way into JOSM presets as well. The affected strings are in ​http://josm.openstreetmap.de/browser/trunk/presets/presets.xml on row 893 and 894.

The value set on row 896 is also porticullis and should presumably be changed as well, though that might leave some cleanup in the db to be done. (However tagwatch does not seem to list port(i)cullis under the barrier page)
