Toolbar: Support flexible space

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I wanted to move some toolbar items to the right side but under Toolbar preferences there is no flexible space item available.

What is the expected result?

A flexible space item in the "Available" list on the right side

What happens instead?

No space item available

What do you mean with flexible space? A space that can be configured in width? A space that pulls everything coming afterwards to the right (can only be used once?)?

Sorry, I missed that one. Borrowed the naming from FF.

I was thinking about the later one, a space that pulls everything to the right and its width flexible depending on the window size and the number of other icons.

Do not know, if a space with fixed or customized width is useful. Might be more interesting for devices with touch control and once the toolbar is completely customizable, see #19478.

Maybe a space which takes as much space as possible. If you have more than on of these spaces, the available space could be distributed equally among these spaces.
