What is the difference between route_marker and trail_blaze?

I think there is none.
Both tags are only supported by OsmAnd so far: ​https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/information=route_marker#projects and ​https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/information=trail_blaze#projects so it seems no editor is "pushing" one variant.
So based on ​https://taghistory.raifer.tech/#***/information/trail_blaze&***/information/route_marker I'll add route_marker.
