Tagging presets preferences: Several usability issues

I have several enhancement request for usability:

• Similar to styles have column with checkboxs for each preset in the "active presets" list on the right side in presets' preferences.
• A search text box on the left on top of the list of available preset and styles would be nice, like in imagery's "available default entries" list. See #19745.
• Some up/down buttons on the right to move items up or down to adjust the order.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. open Preset preferences through Presets menu -> Preset preferences
2. install some presets from the left side
3. save and close preferences
4. find out that some additional presets are interesting but you do not want to have them active all the time.
5. open Preset preferences through Presets menu -> Preset preferences

What is the expected result?

A checkbox for each preset on the right side to deactivate a preset.

What happens instead?

No checkbox available.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

You need to delete the preset from the list but remembering the interesting preset and its name plus searching the big list is painful.
