What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Start JOSM w/o any layer
- Enable remote control
- On https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/railway=crossover click the "JOSM" link http://127.0.0.1:8111/import?url=https%3A%2F%2Foverpass-api.de%2Fapi%2Fxapi_meta%3F*%5Brailway%253Dcrossover%5D
What is the expected result?
The layer is named _meta?
What happens instead?
A better layer name is generated/used
