JOSM will show the "You have to restart JOSM for some settings to take effect" dialog even if a setting that didn't require a restart was changed, or even if the preferences dialog was just opened and immediately closed.

Fixed in r1180.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain framm.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
