Option to merge cadastre layers in a single final one

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Download some French cadastre data through cadastre plugin

What is the expected result?

A tickbox should be available to "merge automatically all cadastre layers in a single final layer". If enabled, all data should be downloaded in a single layer automatically named <city cadastre data> or similar.

What happens instead?

All distinct cadastre layers (planches) are downloaded in separated layers. You have to merge them manually after each download.
