Repository dir for Ubuntu 19.10 is missing

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. go with a browser to https://josm.openstreetmap.de/apt/dists

What is the expected result?

There is a directory "eoan" for Ubuntu 19.10

What happens instead?

The last directory is "disco" (Ubuntu 19.04)
