Description

Please consider adding a preset for waterway=tidal_channel.

These features are natural waterways formed by tidal action along protected, gradual coastlines, such as in tidal flats, salt marshes, and mangroves. They should be mapped outside of the coastline, with a linear way.

Perhaps the rendering in JOSM could be similar to a stream, but with a slightly different color?
